Over the full project timeframe, the Skylakes team progressed cases involving 273 children and 173 families. The team carried out statutory visits for 122 children and 128 assessments, 84% of which were completed on time.

Over the 18-week term of the project, the Skylakes team successfully managed 161 cases with an average case duration of six weeks. 158 assessments were completed (three were not required), with 99% of these delivered within the agreed timescales.

Skylakes was allocated referrals involving 1909 children during the project. 1599 children were attended to by Skylakes RAS teams, resulting in 56% requiring no further action from social services and 23% being stepped down for family support services.
