The challenge

Our Head of Systems Improvement project managed the full system implementation of Corelogic’s Frameworki across both children’s and adults social care and associated finance functionality.

Our approach

Developed an interface with the Corporate Oracle Finance system. Responsibilities encompassed the
management of all project work streams, including testing, configuration, training, data migration, finance and integration with corporate finance.

Our service-led systems improvement team provided a fully managed service for The City of London, from system design and configuration, programme management to data migration, training and support.
